Reservations / Deposit
We require a $300 Deposit, and completed application, to reserve a current available puppy, OR to be placed on the Reservation List. Please e-mail your signed application to [email protected] . Application
Health of your Puppy
Before going home with you, your puppy will have had a full physical exam, and be cleared of all parasites by our veterinarians at Willow Creek Vet Hospital In Folsom. Your puppy will also have all age appropriate vaccinations before departure. Our contract will require you to have your puppy examined by your veterinarian, within 72 hours from the time of pick up, to have a full physical exam, and fecal exam. This will help thoroughly establish that you have adopted a healthy puppy. Your pups initial exam will help you establish a relationship with your new veterinarian, as well as get your puppy started on preventive care products such as heartworm and flea/tick preventative medications. If your puppy is proven to be anything but healthy at your first 72 hour vet exam, we will be happy to take the puppy back, and offer you a full refund of the purchase price. We will make every effort to work towards a healthy and happy outcome for you and your pup. Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
Spaying and Neutering
Our contract requires you to have your puppy Spayed or Neutered between the ages of 6-10 months old. Verification of this must be mailed to us by the time your puppy is 10 months old. Breeding rights are only available to approved Breeding Programs.
Delivery
We no longer ship our puppies. You can fly into Sacramento, Oakland, or San Francisco Airports, and bring your puppy back home with you as a Carry-On. This is much safe than shipping as cargo! We can deliver your puppy to the airport, or hotel, for $75-$225 delivery fee, depending on the airport. You will need to make your own flight arrangements, and book your puppy as a carry-on. A $50 health certificate is also required for all flights. All pups flying out of state will need to be paid in full 5 days prior to departure.
Airport Delivery
Please, DO NOT let your puppy run around anywhere at the airport, inside or outside! Hundreds of pups/dogs are transported through the airports on a daily basis. This makes it a very high risk area where your puppy can contract viruses such as Parvo Virus, Kennel Cough, Etc. We are not responsible for viruses or parasites the puppy may contract during travel.
We request that you send us an e-mail as soon as you return home so we know that you and your puppy arrived safely.
For California/Nevada/Idaho Delivery
Partial & full delivery options are available with one of our Travel Nannies.
Deliveries must be booked 1-2 week in advance with a $50-$200 Delivery Deposit.
This deposit will be applied to your final delivery fee balance.
Full Delivery Balance & Puppy Price balance is due 3 days prior to their departure date.
